Annual Updates – Click here to verify and update your child’s information for the 2026-2027 school year!

If you have already submitted this year, or if your household is not the “Primary” household in Infinite Campus for school assignment/transportation purposes, contact your child’s school to share changes to your child’s information.

Si ya realizó el trámite este año, o si su hogar no figura como el hogar "principal" en Infinite Campus para fines de asignación escolar o transporte, comuníquese con la escuela de su hijo para informar sobre cualquier cambio en su información.

Infinite Campus Single Sign-On (SSO) Improvement Update

IMS is introducing an improved, more user-friendly login experience for staff accessing Infinite Campus beginning Monday, May 4th.

With this update, staff will select the appropriate user account from a simple dropdown menu on the login screen when signing in (e.g., Primary account, Summer School, Additional Access).  This ensures users are directed to the correct account, reducing login confusion, preventing access issues, and improving overall reliability.

Below are step-by-step directions along with a screenshot of the new dropdown menu to help guide you through the updated login process.

Click on the "Select an SSO Configuration" to view the SSO options.

NOTE:  Staff - Primary Account is the only account set up for most staff, including summer staff and contingent workers.  SUM and OTH accounts are special circumstances and not applicable to most.

Select the appropriate account from the dropdown menu.

In short, this enhancement makes logging in simpler, more consistent, and more dependable for all staff.

Introducing SchoolCash Online to Pay for School Items and Fees:

Omaha Public Schools will now use SchoolCash Online for all school items and activity fees.

The Omaha Public Schools has collaborated with Metro and paid for all students to have access to Metro bus via K-12 Rides Free program. Students can use the Metro as a mode of transportation to get to and from school and school related extracurricular activities.

To change Notifications Settings, click the person icon   (top right corner) in Campus Parent portal.  Go to Settings > Notification Settings. Turn notifications on/off for Assignments, Grades, Attendance, as desired.  Click Save.
